I don't want to say too much, I just want to offer you a moment here to feel. Stop reading this for a moment and feel.
As some of my shit is in my face, it's been awfully easy to really be in my head, and use all my techniques and tricks to both try to explore, work with, and honor my emotional ups and downs. But I can do it to a fault. Basically, I'm making myself a little crazy. So this week in class, we're simply dancing for the sake of dancing, and letting the rest go.
