YOU ARE A BODY-BEING

Today, my darlings, I offer you an invitation to let your thoughts get quiet. Turn down the dimmer switch on the noise and info. hurling at us, at the speed of wifi, and let your sensations get louder.

We often "think" our bodies and our feelings. We name and ponder, we make judgements and decide what we like or don't like. Instead, here is a call to feel yourself. You are a body-being- not a body-thinking or a body-doing. 

If we are to stay sane, helpful, and kind during this unknown time period, we need to do it from an embodied place. This is where sanity lies, generosity is fostered, and imagination knows no bounds! Here, in the present moment, at home, in our bodies.
